Bálint Botos, MRICS, CFA

Bálint holds an MSc degree in economics from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics with a major in Urban and Rural Development (2003-08), he pursued extensive financial studies at the CFA Institute (CFA charter 2012) and management studies at Harvard Business School (PLD 2021-22).

Following his university years, Bálint started to participate is residential property development projects, subsequently, between 2009-2013, worked as financial analyst and portfolio manager. From 2014 until 2016 he was investment manager at Tippin Corporation, and between 2015-2019 he has also been providing property-consulting services for the Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade.

In 2011, he founded Rigg Wealth Management Ltd., in 2014 co-founded Forestay Group, where he serves as a managing partner since then.

Péter Németh, MRICS, MBA

Péter graduated from the Budapest University of Technology and Economics with a master’s degree in Architecture. During his studies he was granted scholarships to study in Denmark and Paris. He continued his professional education at Central European University and obtained his degree in MBA from Emory University Business School in Atlanta, where he pursued a Fellowship program.

From 2005 Péter worked as Portfolio Manager with Siemens Real Estate in Munich. In 2007 he joined Tippin Corporation as Development Manager, where he is responsible for managing project development in Hungary, Germany and Georgia. Péter is the accountable manager for a 150 million Euro property development project, as well as the founder and director of general contractor firm Horsens Partners, co-founder of the property developer Forestay Development, and various other successful companies engaged in real-estate brokerage, management, and consulting. He is a frequently invited guest lecturer at universities and various conferences.

Peter is a licensed and registered architect; furthermore, he holds licenses to real estate management and valuation services as well as mediation of financial services.

Zsolt Dávoti

Zsolt has over ten years of management experience in handling property portfolios. He has gained a thorough understanding of coordinating tasks in asset management, acquisitions, property development and property brokerage.

Between 1998 and 1999 Zsolt worked in hotel management. From 1999 to 2003 he acted as senior advisor of Colliers International Hungary, performing development and landlord representation as well. In 2003 Zsolt started as network developer at Tesco Globál Áruházak Zrt. where he later took on the role of division manager. He worked as acquisition manager at Portico Investment Kft. between 2011 and 2012, until he joined Erste Bank Zrt. / Erste Ingatlan Kft. where he holds a senior position in asset management.

Since 2017 Zsolt has been responsible for business development at the Forestay Group, moreover he is member of the Board of Directors at Rigg Wealth Management cPlc.
